This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we process personal data and safeguard the privacy of information during your use of petgugu's services, products and related mobile applications (collectively, the "Products").

For mobile applications of other brand names that are supported by petgugu, it will be up to our customers to decide what personal data is to be collected through our products. 1.2 Smart devices: hardware manufacturers produce or manufacture, with a human-machine interface and can transmit data through wireless networks of non-standard computing devices, including smart home appliances, etc.

1.3 Apps: Mobile applications developed by petgugu that help end users remotely control smart devices.

1.4 Affiliates: Individuals, companies, partnerships, research and development institutions, consulting institutions, investigation institutions and other for-profit or non-profit organizations established, participated in, held or effectively controlled by the same entity, directly or indirectly, in the People's Republic of China and anywhere else by Shenzhen Yunshi Robotics Co.

2. What personal data we collect

In order to provide our services to you, we may ask you to provide personal data necessary for such services. If you do not provide personal data, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

Device information: When you interact with our products, we automatically collect device information, device identifier (Android such as IMEI, AndroidID, IMSI, MEID, hardware serial number), device MAC address, IP address, wireless connection information, OS type and version, application version number, push notification identifier, log file and mobile Network information , sensor information, etc. Please note that individual sensor information is not personal information, and we do not use sensor information for other purposes.
